Civil Engineer
Run execution quality on our building sites: daily QA against drawings, quantities and stage billing, and the vendor coordination that keeps a schedule honest.
About this role
Our residential promise is billing tied to completed stages the client can walk through. That only works if someone on site measures honestly, checks the work against the drawings daily, and keeps the paper matching the concrete. That someone is this role.
You will work under our senior engineers across residential and commercial sites — in both RCC and steel construction — with direct access to the leadership table.

What you'll do
- Execute work to good-for-construction drawings; raise the query when the drawing and the site disagree, rather than improvising.
- Run daily quality checks — reinforcement, shuttering, concrete, masonry, steel erection — and keep inspection records current.
- Prepare bar-bending schedules, take measurements, and build the quantities behind stage billing.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and material deliveries against the programme.
- Manage material testing — concrete cubes, steel certificates — and act on the results.
- Keep the site safe, clean and documented: daily progress reports with photographs.

What we're looking for
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2 years of site execution experience on building projects.
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings fluently.
- Working knowledge of measurement, billing and basic quantity surveying.
- AutoCAD and spreadsheet competence; a habit of writing things down.

Good to have
- Exposure to steel erection as well as RCC work.
- Experience with stage-wise client billing.
- Familiarity with concrete mix designs and site testing routines.
