Architect
Design climate-responsive buildings with the Principal Architect, from concept through construction documentation — a role scaled to your experience, portfolio first.
About this role
Our architecture is climate-responsive by conviction: terracotta jaalis that light and ventilate a public building for free, deep balconies that shade the floor below, traditional character carried on modern structure. You will design inside that language and help it grow.
The role is open from fresher to experienced — responsibilities scale with what your portfolio shows. Everyone in the studio works directly with the Principal Architect, and everyone's drawings get built.
Role description

What you'll do
- Develop designs from concept sketches through design development to construction documentation.
- Draw municipal submission sets and support approvals.
- Build 3D models and visualizations that survive contact with the real budget.
- Detail interiors, façades and passive-climate elements — screens, shading, ventilation paths.
- Visit sites during execution; see what your details do in daylight and adjust the next set.
- For experienced candidates: run project documentation independently and mentor juniors.

What we're looking for
- B.Arch from a recognised institution; Council of Architecture registration.
- A portfolio — required with every application, at any experience level.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; Revit or equivalent BIM tools are welcome.
- An interest in climate-responsive and regionally grounded design, visible in your work.
- Fresher to experienced — the title is the same, the scope is calibrated.

Good to have
- Working knowledge of rendering tools for client presentations.
- Exposure to municipal approval processes in Karnataka.
- Interiors documentation experience.
