Business Verticals

Different scales.The same written promises.

Five operating verticals and one stated ambition — each with its own scope, vocabulary and clients, all run on the same method.

01

Renewable Energy & Infrastructure

Civil works for utility-scale renewables — the discipline the megawatts stand on.

Utility-scale renewable energy is won on schedule and lost on civil works. Chareesh delivers the balance-of-plant civil packages — main control room (MCR) unit civil works, equipment foundations engineered to soil and load conditions, and compound walls that run in kilometres, not metres — sequenced so that electrical contractors are never waiting on concrete.

India's installed solar capacity reached 162.15 GW in June 2026, within a renewable base of 288.58 GW, on the way to the national target of 500 GW of non-fossil capacity by 2030. Karnataka is where a good deal of that gets built — the 2,050 MW Pavagada park in Tumakuru district remains one of the largest single sites in the country. That is the market we serve: developers and EPCs who need civil partners that pour to IS-code specification and hand over on the written date.

Scope of work

  • MCR & inverter-room civil works
  • Transformer & equipment foundations
  • Compound and boundary walls at site scale
  • Internal roads, drainage & cable trenches
  • Site grading and enabling works

02

Residential

Homes built to specification, billed by stage, backed in writing.

A home is the largest cheque most families ever write, and the industry has taught them to expect surprises. We work the other way: a bill of quantities before you commit, structure detailed to its governing code — IS 456:2000 in reinforced concrete, IS 800:2007 in steel — billing tied to completed stages you can walk through, and a defect liability period that survives the handover photographs.

Bengaluru sold 27,968 homes in the first half of 2026 — the strongest annual sales growth of any major Indian city at 5% — while average residential prices rose 9% year on year to ₹9,354 per sq ft (Knight Frank India, H1 2026). In a market moving that fast, the premium isn't marble — it's a builder whose schedule and specification both hold.

Scope of work

  • Turnkey design & construction
  • BOQ-backed transparent quotations
  • RCC structures to IS 456:2000; full steel structures to IS 800:2007
  • MEP coordination & vaastu-aligned planning
  • Stage-wise billing & defect liability period

03

Commercial

Workplaces and commercial buildings held to a Grade-A quality bar.

Bengaluru's occupiers have decided what acceptable means. Large-format transactions — single deals above one lakh sq ft — made up 72% of the city's office activity in the first half of 2026, at 10.1 million sq ft, the largest such market in India (Knight Frank India, H1 2026). We build boutique commercial buildings to that bar — efficient structural frames in RCC to IS 456:2000 or full steel to IS 800:2007, whichever serves the brief, envelopes that manage the sun instead of fighting it, and shells handed over fit-out-ready with services coordinated on drawings, not on site.

Scope of work

  • Boutique offices & commercial buildings
  • Fit-out-ready shell & core
  • Facade & envelope engineering
  • Timeline-disciplined execution

04

Interiors

Design-build fit-outs delivered as one contract and one schedule.

Fit-outs fail in the gap between the designer's drawing and the contractor's shrug. We close it by holding both roles: one team details the timber rib and prices it, coordinates the services above the ceiling and stands behind the joinery after handover — on leased floor plates where every shutdown day is counted.

Scope of work

  • Workplace & studio fit-outs
  • Design-build under one contract
  • Material & acoustic specification
  • MEP coordination within live buildings

05

Urban Planning

Layouts, master plans and site-scale planning, drawn before anything is priced.

Before a plot becomes a building it has to become a plan: how the site drains, where the road meets it, which way the blocks face, how services route, and what gets built in which phase. Our Principal Architect works in urban planning and development alongside architecture, so this is drawn in-house rather than subcontracted and rediscovered on site.

Planning in Karnataka is a documented process, not a matter of taste. Layouts are set out against the applicable zoning regulations and the local planning authority's development-control rules, and drawings are prepared to the sets those authorities actually accept. We would rather resolve a constraint on paper, where it costs a revision, than in concrete, where it costs a season.

Scope of work

  • Layout and site master planning
  • Plot subdivision and circulation studies
  • Statutory-approval drawing sets
  • Infrastructure and services routing
  • Phasing and buildability review

The horizon

Integrated urban development

The company profile states an ambition beyond single plots: integrated, urban-scale development that treats energy, housing and public space as one engineering problem. We are deliberate about the word ambition — this is the stated direction of the firm, not a claim about what it has already delivered.

The capability being built toward it is real and already in use: renewable energy civil works at site scale, residential and commercial delivery, planning drawn in-house, and a studio that works at layout scale as well as building scale. When Bengaluru's next decade of growth is drawn, we intend to be holding one of the pens.
