Anusha is the Director of Chareesh Constructions, bringing a strong engineering background and strategic leadership to the organisation. She oversees the company's financial planning, business operations and project administration — ensuring efficient resource management and sustainable business growth.

Niharikha

Niharikha serves as Principal Architect at Chareesh Constructions, specialising in design development, project execution and multidisciplinary coordination. Her experience spans residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.

She focuses on transforming ideas into efficient, buildable solutions that meet functional, aesthetic and environmental objectives — and believes successful projects are built through strong collaboration between clients, consultants and construction teams.
