What we collect, and what we don't.

A short, accurate account of how this website handles your information.

What this site collects

If you fill in the contact form, we receive the name, email address or phone number, project type and message you enter. That is the only information this website asks you for.

We store it so we can reply to you and so an enquiry is not lost between people. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and runs no third-party tracking scripts.

One cookie exists: a sign-in session cookie set for our own staff when they log in to the site's admin area. It is strictly necessary for that log-in to work, it holds no personal information about visitors, and it is never set for the public site.

Third parties

The contact page embeds a map from Google Maps. Loading that map is a request to Google, and Google may record it under its own privacy policy. Nothing else on the site loads from an external service.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are useful for the conversation they started and for our own records of work discussed. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

Write to us at the address below to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will act on that request.

Security

Enquiries are stored on the server that runs this site. Access to the admin area requires an individual account and password, sessions expire, and every change made there is logged against the person who made it.

This page describes how the website behaves today. It is written to be accurate rather than exhaustive, and it is not legal advice — the firm should have it reviewed before relying on it.
